NOTICE OF MEETING

A written notice or e-mail stating the place, day and hour of the meeting and in case of a special meeting, the purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called shall be delivered by the Secretary to each voting member of record.

QUORUM

One half of the persons qualified to vote as members, represented in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting.

Proxy must be executed in writing by the member. Proxy must also state what question or questions may be voted on by the holder of the proxy. No proxy vote shall be valid after date of meeting stated on the proxy.

VOTING RIGHT

Only CURRENT members (dues paid) may vote and only one vote/car, may be owner or driver but must remain consistent for entire calendar year.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Dues are $100/yr. Membership is for a calendar year, January 1st - December 31st. Only CURRENT members (dues paid) may vote and only one vote per car. May be owner or driver but must remain consistent for entire calendar year.

RESIGNATION FROM MEMBERSHIP

Any member may resign at anytime by giving written notice of such resignation to the President or Secretary.

SPECIAL MEETING

Special meetings of the members may be called by the President or a majority of the club officers. When a special meeting is called; 10 club points for each driver or car owner who attends this meeting.
