The salute, the lineup and the green flag as the Renegade Sprint Car Series mashed the go fast button with Robert Herrera leading on the opening lap. On the move, the 131 of Royal Jones would move into third with Don Grable in his sights.

Not able to make the pass, the 131 watched as the 9 and the 148 would nearly collide as Herrera bobbled; allowing the 148 of Grable to squeak by for the lead before the caution waved for John Carney II. To the restart and Carney's night would not get any better after having to drop to the back of the field only to nearly flip after contact with Jim Hardison and Cesar Fuentes.

To the restart, the 131 of Royal Jones would move into second with Kyle McCutcheon right on the back bumper of the 131; shadowing Jones into third. Trying to run down Don Grable for the race lead, the 131 would have to contend with Kyle McCutcheon as the 5 moved to the runner up spot but not for long as the 5 planted his right rear on the high line to grab the lead.

Moving into the top five, the 18 of Lorne Wofford would move into third now directly behind the 19 of Wes Wofford after Jones high stepped the high line; falling back to fifth. Flying past lapped traffic, the 5 would see his advantage leave when a late race caution put the field on his back bumper.

Restarting to the inside line, the 18 of Wofford would trying and get the jump on McCutcheon but the high line was to good as Kyle McCutcheon took the win with Lorne Wofford second. Kyle Sager would take third with Royal Jones and Don Grable rounding out the top five.
